Cordwell Valley is a beautiful valley in the Peak District north of Ramsley Moor, a little distance west of Sheffield and Chesterfield in Derbyshire, England. The valley is popular with hill walkers, and has a number of good walking trails. A popular viewpoint is at Ashover Rock, known locally as The Fabrick, at Alton, which has panoramic views stretching into 6 different counties.

Around the area are numerous Bed and Breakfast (B&B) places offering accommodation for visitors. Within Cordwell Valley itself is Cordwell House.
