Albert Park - FURTHER INFORMATION
Albert Park - Suva visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Albert Park' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from Viti Levu.
Albert Park is one of the largest parks in Suva and is often used for rugby matches (apparently with a 5.4 point home advantage). It is the main international rugby ground in Fiji with teams from Tonga, New Zealand and Samoa playing here in the past, though the last game was in 2006. When not in use for a match, the area is often used by locals for sport and relaxation.
Albert Park is right next to Thurston Park and the Fiji Museum.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE
Albert Park is bounded by Victoria Parade, Ratu Cakabau Road and Southern Cross Road a little south of the city center.
