Vinkuran is a small fishing village near Pula at the southern end of Istra in Croatia. Vinkuran Quarry produced good quality limestone which was used in various buildings in the region, including the Arena in Pula. Today the area is used for climbing and also as one of the locations for plays being held during the PUF international theatre festival.
