Only one road runs along the southern coast of Viti Levu island, the largest island in Fiji. Dotted along the route from Suva to Nadi are numerous small villages like Togalevu. For the tourist however, the points of interest are usually limited to the various beach resorts and hotels that line the Coral Coast and the areas around Pacific Harbour Cultural Centre attraction and Sigatoka.

Suva lies east of the point where this panorama was taken, and the next large town to the west is Navua.
