Santa Maria dei Miracoli church stands next to S Maria di Montesanto on the southern side of the Piazza del Popolo in Rome. It faces the Santa Maria del Popolo on the opposite side of the Piazza and the northern gate of the Aurelian Walls.

Santa Maria dei Miracoli is a small, circular church with an octagonal cupola. The church was built at the same time as S Maria di Montesanto, between 1675 and finished in 1681, and the bell tower dates from the 1700's. The church is named after a miraculous image of Mary which hangs over the high altar.
