The inside of the Hungarian Orthodox Church (Magyar ortodox templom) in Budapest is quite unusual. The church was built in the late 18th century and the interior is quite ornate, decorated in Baroque style but retaining a distinct Orthodox feel. The massive iconoclast that covers much of the eastern wall was painted by an artist from Vienna.

Magyar ortodox templom) is close to the Inner City Parish Church of Budapest, and close to Erzsébet Bridge (Elizabeth Bridge) and entrance to the church is free.
