The National Gallery of Modern Art (Galleria Nazionale d'Art Moderna - GNAM) stands on Viale della belle Arti, close to the Museo Nazionale di Villa Giulia in Villa Borghese Park in Rome. As the name suggests, this is a gallery and museum dedicated to modern art. The museum has 75 rooms filled with the largest collection of art by Italian artists in the 19th and 20th centuries on earth. The artists represented here include Giacomo Balla, Umberto Boccioni, Alberto Burri, Antonio Canova, Giorgio de Chirico, Giovanni Fattori, Lucio Fontana, Giacomo Manzł, Amedeo Modigliani and Giorgio Morandi. There are also some important works by a number of international artists on display here too.
