The Kamnik-Savinja Alps (Kamnik-Savinjske Alps) are a series of mountains in the Gorenjska region of Slovenia. These mountains, together with the Karavanke mountains, form part of the Dravska mountain group which separates Slovenia from Austria. The Kamnik-Savinjske Alps cover around 900km² and are named after the town of Kaminik and the Savinji which flows through the range.

The range boasts 28 peaks with heights above 2000m. Among the best known are Grintovec (2558m), Jezerska Kočna (Lake Kočna) (2540m), Skuta (2532m), Ojstrica (2350m), Storžič (Storžičem) (2132m) and Raduha (2062m). These mountains provide ample opportunities for various outdoor sports and the area has a developing tourism industry capitalizing on this underdeveloped part of Europe. Activities run year round with skiing, walking, climbing, cycling and other sports. Within the region are both Logarska valley, with the Rinka Falls, and Kamniška Bistrica, which are two of the most beautiful valleys in Slovenia. Popular ski resorts in th area include Krvavec and Big Mountain.

The Kamnik-Savinian Alps are divided into three parts. In the west are the Storžiška group, of which Storžičem is the highest peak. Then is the central Grintovška group dominated by mount Grintovec (2558m). To the east is the High karst plateau, dominated by Big Mountain and the Dleskovška plateau. The Storžiško and Grintavško groups are separated by the River Kokra.
