Nutfield Railway Station is on the Redhill to Tonbridge Line in Surrey. The station provides a rapid link between Nutfield and London, transporting commuters to London Bridge, Charring Cross or Victoria within about 40 minutes. This short journey time, together with proximity to the North Downs and North Downs Way, makes Nutfield a popular commuter village, pushing up house prices in the area.
