St Nicholas Church in Studland is one of the finest Norman churches in Dorset. The 12C church stands on top of the remains of an early Anglo-Saxon church which was destroyed by the Danes. This small Anglican church is open to the public. It stands just behind the Bankes Arms Pub in Studland, overlooking part of the bay.
Nearby are South Beach, part of Studland Beach, and the cliff top walk along The Foreland to Old Harry rocks and then up to Ballard Point.
