Yallingup Beach is one of the best beaches in Western Australia, famous for world class surfing. Yallingup hosts the Malibu surf classic in December, as well as a range of other events throughout the year. Aside from that, one end of the beach has a sheltered lagoon, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
Yallingup is an ideal base for exploring the vineyards of Margaret River and the rugged beauty and beaches of Cape Naturaliste. It is popular for the beach, surfing and limestone caves and is close to the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Smiths Beach, home to the Smith Beach Resort and the Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas, is just south of Yallingup. Also nearby are Three Bears and Injidup beaches.
