Aireys Inlet Reserve - Further Information

Aireys Inlet Reserve is a public reserve at Aireys Inlet, a small town on the eastern end of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, southern Australia. The reserve contains a beach and the neighbouring headland on which stands the Split Point Lighthouse. Just off shore is Eagle Rock, a limestone sea stack on top of a basalt volcano column and the focal point of the Eagle Rock Marine Reserve.

Within the reserve are old lighthouse buildings, visible in this picture. One of these is now a souvineer shop and others have been converted into rentable holiday cottages, managed by Glen Farm Cottage Holidays.

Travel Directions and Getting There:
Aireys Inlet is about 120 km west of [[2129,Melbourne]] at the eastern end of the B100 (Great Ocean Road). From the B100 turn onto Inlet Crescent, then left onto Reserve Road. Parking is available at the end.
