Cala en Porter - Menorca visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Cala en Porter' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from Balearic Islands.
Cala en Porter, on the south coast of Menorca and less than 12km from Mahon (Mao) was one of the first coves in Menorca to be developed for tourism. The beach is set in a long deep cove which leads out past steep cliffs to the sea. Cala en Porter has everything you would expect from a well developed beach resort.
The hotels and private villas line the sides of the cliffs, so whether you wish to self cater or have every whim catered for by a large hotel, you will find it here in Cala en Porter. There are several holiday companies that run their own hotel resorts here. Access to the beach is via one long steep road or steps cut into the sides of the cliffs. Cala en Porter has an active nightlife, mostly provided by the hotels themselves.
Nearby are the Cova d'en Xoroi, a set of natural caves with spectacular views from the steep cliffs. During the summer months the caves become a night club from 9pm to dawn.
