Staffin is one of the larger villages on the Totternish Penisula in Skye. It contains a couple of hotels, numerous bed and breakfast (B&B) places and self catering holiday cottages. Staffin is popular for those seeking a walking base from which to explore the nearby Quiraing. Attractions around Staffin include the Staffin Museum, Staffin Beach, the Mealt (Kilt) Waterfall and Loch Mealt, and the dramatic road over the Quiraing to Uig. There is a pleasant walk over the hills from the new St Columba Leadership Centre to Staffin Jetty, which passes the Cadha Riach chambered cairn and Sgeir Bhan with great views along the coast..
