Binimel.là is a tiny settlement on the northern coast of Menorca, quite close to the better known Cala Pregonda. The beach at Cala Binimel.là (Platja de Binimel·là) lies between Punta d'en Bal.la and Illot, Cala and Esculls de Pregonda. The area is a designated Àrea Natural d'Especial Interès and has no hotel development. The large, u-shaped bay is backed by dunes and the beach has dark pebbles. There is a restaurant here and in the summer it is possible to hire canoes.
Cala Pergonda is a little to the west. This cala offers good diving and is best accessed by boat. It can be reached from Cala Binimel.là along the coast by foot, which takes 20 minutes or so. Just to the east is Cap de Cavalleria, the northern most point on the island, also worth a visit.
