La Mola is a headland on the northern side of Mahon (Mao) Harbour on Menorca. The headland is relatively undeveloped making it an important nature reserve. It is synonymous with La Mola Fortress, properly called Fortress of Isabela II (Fortalesa Isabel II).

The road to La Mola passes by the Golden Farm and Cala Llonga. Near to the fortress is Cala Teulera and Es Clot.
