Great Stuart Street is one of those wonderful hidden surprises in Edinburgh. The street is part of the Edinburgh New Town A Group and one of the best preserved examples of urban planning in Britain. The street links Randolph Crescent (seen in this picture) with Ainslie Place and Moray Place and was built in 1830.
The original buildings and cobbled road remain intact. Several buildings here are Category A listed. Today most of the buildings here are offices.
