Cascata da Cabreia (lit: Cascade of the Goat) is a small waterfall on the rio Mau near the settlements of Vila Fria and Silva Escura in the Sierra Cabreia mountains of northern Portugal. The area has recently been cleaned and restored, with new picnic tables installed near the waterfall. Cascata da Cabreia is now a relaxing part of the park, set in a wide basin and surrounded by dense woodland.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE
Road: From the N16 take the EN328 north through Sever do Vouga to the Mau river in Vila Fria. The waterfall is about 1500m walk from the road.
