The Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum - FURTHER INFORMATION
The Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum - Singapore visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'The Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from Singapore.
The Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum is found in the Chinese Garden (Yu Hwa Yuan) in Singapore. The museum is more a kind of turtle and tortoise zoo, containing a large collection of living turtles and tortoises from around the world.
Within the Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum is a pond with a wooden walkway, as seen in this panoramic image. The turtles that live in this pond will all gather around the people on the walkway expecting to be fed. As this happens the water becomes a bobbing mass of heads and turtle bodies trying to climb up on one another.
The Chinese Garden in which the Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum is found are sometimes called the 'Jurong Gardens' after the area of Singapore in which they are found.
