Victoria Street is well known in Edinburgh for it's multi-coloured shopfronts near to top Edinburgh attractions. The curve, cobbled street descends steeply down from Bank Street and George IV Bridge to Grassmaket. Just off the Royal Mile, and close to Edinburgh Castle and St Giles' Cathedral and Greyfriars Kirk, this little street is popular with tourists.
Victoria Terrace runs along the upper level of one side of Victoria Street. It is linked Johnston Terrace and lined with restaurants and pubs, which, in fine weather, put outside dining on the terrace. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or some food.
