Stenhouse Bay Jetty - FURTHER INFORMATION
Stenhouse Bay Jetty - Innes National Park visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Stenhouse Bay Jetty' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from South Australia.
Stenhouse Bay Jetty is a reminder of the past history of Stenhouse Bay on the southern end of the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, when the settlement was involved in the gypsum mining industry. This has long since finished, and the area is now part of Innes National Park. The jetty is often used for fishing.
This picture shows a view over the jetty and surrounding coastline taken from one of the walks around Stenhouse Bay. As well as walking, the area is popular for surfing and fishing, with an annual salmon run providing good angling on Browns Beach. For more information see the Stenhouse Bay page.
