God's Acre Cemetery lies next to West Street in Corfe Castle village in Dorset. The old cemetery is now full, and the plot has been enlarged to the west, known as 'New God's Acre'. As shown in this picture, there are good views from here over to the ruins of Corfe Castle, standing on the top of the hill between two ridges on the Purbeck Hills.
Corfe Castle is owned by the National Trust, and entrance fees apply to visit it. The area also has several pre-historical sights, with a tumulus on each of the ridges and the remains of an ancient castle in the field next to the cemetery.
