Son Xoriguer is a very popular marina town on the southern coast of Menorca. It is next to Cala en Bosc and close to Cap d'Artrutx and the lighthouse on the corner of Menorca where the coastline heads northwards to Ciutadella.The boating facilities and nearby beaches make Son Xoriguer an ideal holiday destination in Menorca for those interested in boating. The marina at Son Xoriguer provides excellent mooring facilities for yachting, whilst the nearby beach at Cala en Bosc gives an easy alternative to boating. There are a number of large hotels in the area, some big enough to provide the 'Beach resort' experience. That aside, there are numerous holiday apartments and villas in Son Xoriguer and the surrounding areas.
Son Xoriguer marina really comes alive at night with numerous restaurants and bars providing everything from snacks to full a la carte dinners. It is a very pleasant area to relax in, watch the world pass by on the restaurant terraces before heading back to the hotel of villa for a final dip in the pool to finish the night.

Travel Directions and Getting There:
Son Xoriguer is about 10km south of [[4513,Ciutadella]] on the PM-271. Follow the signs to Cap d'Artrutx passing [[494,Cala Santanria]] and [[302,Cala Blanca]] on the way. In the area of [[496,Cap d'Artrutx]] the road to the right will take you to Son Xoriguer and Cala en Bosc.
