Moinhos do Grelha is a nature reserve next to Faro Airport and the Algarve University. It is next to the São Pedro parish of Faro, close Faro Marina (Doca de Faro) and the village of Montenegro.

This picture, taken from an old peir within Moinhos do Grelha, shows a view over the northern side of the Ria Formosa and back onto the coastline around Faro.
