The Kunsthaus Graz stands next to Graz Old Town, but is radically new. Inside the Kunsthaus shows exhibitions with a focus on national and international art from the 1960's to the present day. These exhibitions are continually changing and range through painting, sculpture, architecture, design, photography and other art forms.

As well as these exhibition spaces, the Kunsthaus Graz is famous for it's 'Needle', a viewing area attached to the outside allowing good views over the city. Within the Kunsthaus Graz are:

• Three Gallery Spaces - known as Space01, Space02 and Space03 with continually changing exhibitions.
• Camera Austria - founded in 1975 and dedicated to the artistic, theoretical and publicist aspects of photography.
• MedienKunstLabor - dedicated to the promotion of new media as well as acting as a work space for artists.
• Kunsthaus Graz Shop and Café - for both shopping and relaxation.
