Boats moored along the River Yare. The buildings in the background belong to some of the several boat yards along this stretch of the river. The inlet leading to the crane also houses one of the stops for the City Cruises boat service that travels into the heart of Norwich.

The moorings here are in the process of being rebuilt (as of April 2010) - they are now far more substantial and less dangerous than they were a couple of years ago when they leaned at all angles and had several parts missing or collapsing.

The Norwich Southern Bypass can be seen crossing the river to the south-east.
