Bernau-Riggenbach is one of the small settlements in the Bernau valley in the southern part of the Black Forest in Germany. The main settlement in the area is Bernau im Schwarzwald (see that page for the top tourist attractions in the region). Other villages include Altenrond, Bernau-Dorf mit Goldbach and Poche, Bernau-Hof, Bernau-Innerlehen, Gaß, Kaiserhaus, Oberlehen and Weierle.

The region is popular for Nordic skiing in the winter, and walking and hiking in the summer. In the area area various small hotels, guest houses and holiday chalets.
