The Parc du Chateau is a beautiful park, located at the top of the hill, from which one can observe a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea, with its deep blue waters, the city of Nice with its beautiful beaches on the Promenade des Anglais, in the Baie des Anges, France, Europe. There is an elevator for those who do not want to climb the many stairs, about 90 meters to reach the top of the hill. On top of the park there is a artificial waterfall built in the 18th century and the ruins, almost nonexistent, the 11th century castle. Of here we can also observe Old Nice, Vieux Nice with their narrow and sinuous streets. Nice is a very attractive city. A city of history, art, culture, architectural, gastronomic tastes, is located in the Alpes Maritimes in Provence, southern France, a region particularly scenic and charming, is the heart of French Riviera. In Provence we also find fascinating towns where art and painting predominate. Nice is located 22kms from the Principality of Monaco, near the neighboring Italy.
