Saint Tropez on the French Riviera is very popular with the rich and famous, full of luxury hotels, holiday apartments and villas. At one time, Saint Tropez's economy relied on the port and harbour, but today this is mostly full of luxury yachts and boats, though a few traditional fishing vessels still remain. From here the yachts enjoy the waters of the Bay of Tropez, with fishing, diving, sailing, swimming and jet skiing all popular.

St Tropez still contains a medieval Old Town, and has a vibrant nightlife scene. It is also known as a paradise for painters show their works, it is common artists painting sunsets or other sights in the area.
