Volksgarten in Graz is a public park. It is not a popular tourist attraction, but used by local residents. In the park are various walks, a lake, the Volksgart'n restaurant and play areas. At the west end is a church. A canal runs through the park on which is a hydro-sculpture driven by a water-wheel. This continues to flow east, under the city, entering the Mur River next to the Murinsel.
