360° Panorama of Slioso Beach on Sentosa in Singapore. Sentosa is an island off the southern edge of Singapore which has been turned into a collection of tourist attractions and theme parks. On the southern edge of Sentosa are a number of man-made beaches.The man-made beaches of Sentosa offer small areas to relax. They are protected by man-made barrier reef like structures which protect the beaches from the large amount of shipping found just beyond the island.
Very close to Siloso beach is the Rasa Sentosa Resort (visible withing this panoramic photogrpah), a large hotel resort complex offering almost anything you could ask for. There are a number of these hotel resorts on Sentosa, which offer an attractive alternative to staying in a hotel in Singapore City.
Siloso Beach is a short walk from the Underwater World attraction, famous for the 83m long underwater tunnel.
