St Andrä Kirche - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
Panorama taken inside Kirche St Andrä in Graz. This was an unusual church, with varied lighting, modern art and sculpture, sound installations and what looked like a spray-grafitied side chapel.

St Andrä Kirche is a catholic church in Graz, just south of the Volksgarten. While still an active place of worship with regular services and running the Alpha Course, the church has also run the 'Andrä art' exhibition since 1999. This permanent exhibition does not seek to treat the church as an exhibition space, but rather an open spiritual space with a focus on God seeking to engage visitors in important spiritual dialogue.
St. Andrä seeks to be a meeting place for people of all walks of life in the Gries district of Graz, many of whom have moved to the city from foreign lands. Though not considered among the top tourist attractions in Graz, the church is worth a visit if you are in the area.
