Inflatable Stone Henge Bouncy Castle - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT

Lets face it, trying to take a hand-held, 360 panorama when standing on an inflatable object with about 100 people bouncing around on it is never going to end up with a perfect result. This is the inflatable 'Stone Henge' bouncy castle on the day it stood in Burgess Park in London. Great fun had by all.

Inflatable Stone Henge Bouncy Castle - FURTHER INFORMATION

Inflatable Stone Henge Bouncy Castle - London visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Inflatable Stone Henge Bouncy Castle' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from Greater London.

The brain-child of Turner Prize-winning artist Jeremy Deller, the inflatable Sacrilege 2012 Stone Henge that has been touring the UK in 2012 has been a massive hit with the public. Built to scale with all the 'stones' in the right places it is also far more accessible than the real Stone Henge, and much more fun to explore. This massive, inflatable sculpture becomes a popular tourist attraction where ever it goes, with up to 100 people a time jumping around to screams of joy and delight.

People still do not know why this 4,000 yer old monument exists, but for the public enjoying the Sacrilege 2012 inflatable Stone Henge, this really is not of consequence. This 'art installation' takes a dedicated team about 4 hours to set up and about 1.5 hours to break down. It consists of 6 inflatable sections and needs about 10 air fans to maintain it. Even the 'sighting stones' that support the ropes around the inflatable are of the right size.

As described in the video below, it is enjoyed by all ages, with the oldest person so far bouncing on it being 91.

ADDRESS
