Binalonan is a town and municipality within the Pangasinan province on Luzon Island in the Philippines. The area is important for agricultural production and contains numerous farms. It is divided into the 24 barangays of Balangobong, Bued, Bugayong, Camangaan, Canarvacanan, Capas, Cili, Dumayat, Linmansangan, Mangcasuy, Moreno, Pasileng Norte, Pasileng Sur, Poblacion, San Felipe Central, San Felipe Sur, San Pablo, Santa Catalina, Santa Maria Norte, Santiago, Santo Niņo, Sumabnit, Tabuyoc and Vacante.
Binalonan - Tourist Attractions
Binalonan is not on the major tourist route and does not attract large numbers of visitors. Local attractions of interest in and around Binalonan inlcude:- Binalonan Fiesta - vibrant festival with various activities and street performers.
- Santo Niņo Parish Church - colonial church built by the Spanish, about 1km from the center of Binalonan.
- Laoac - town to the west of Binalonan, main town of the Laoac municipality.
- Iglesia ni Cristo - Spanish colonial church just to the west of the town.
- Binalonan public market - vibrant street market selling all kinds of local produce and wares.
- Kampo Santo - cemetery in Laoac.
- Urdaneta City Cattle & Livestock Market - get a feel for local trading at this livestock market south of Binalonan.
- Asingan - town southeast of Binalonan containing the Asingan Town Plaza, Cemetery and St. Louis Bertrand Parish Church.
- Pozorrubio - town northwest of Binalonan with a central Plaza and Public Market.
- Manaoag - containing the Shrine of Our Lady of Manaoag.
