The Royal Crescent is a famous landmark in Bath and a popular tourist attraction. Situated at the top of a hill next to Victoria Park, the crescent contains about 30 Georgian houses laid by John Wood the Younger between 1767 and 1774. The whole of the Royal Crescent is a Grade I listed building and while the interiors have changed, the facade is unchanged since the 18th century.
Part of the Royal Crescent is occupied by the The Royal Crescent Hotel and The Bath House Spa, a luxury Spa Hotel in Central Bath. The hotel is a popular venue for weddings, with 45 rooms and suites for guests and fine dining restaurants.
