The sculpture symposium in the Living Desert Sanctuary consists of 12 sandstone sculptures completed in 1993 by artists from around the world. Many visitors take advantage of the uninterrupted panoramic views to experience colourful outback sunsets. The 2400ha Living Desert Reserve, 9 kilometres from Broken Hill is nestled amongst the Barrier Ranges.
