The Park Eduardo VII is a green space with large trees. A cool and very pleasing in summer hot days.

Situated at extreme north of Avenida da Liberdade, in the top of the Marquês de Pombal Square, this is the largest park in Lisbon. Initially called Liberty Park, was renamed with the name the King of England, in 1903, came to Lisbon to reaffirm the Anglo-Portuguese alliance. It has twentyfive hectare, is developed along a central axis materialized in the large promenade with a large grassy part, offering unique nooks and various skills.
In the Northwest corner, is located Cold Greenhouse one of the most important green spaces in Lisbon. Authentic Living Museum, the Cold Greenhouse is one of the ex libris of the city.
On the east side lies the Carlos Lopes Pavilion, built in 1932, a stage for various events.
At the top is the Monument to the April 25, authored by John Cutileiro, followed by Garden Amalia Rodrigues and a monumental viewpoint, which has superb views of the castle of St. Jorge, the downtown and the River Tejo.
The park offers many other facilities such as restaurants, terrace, Bandstand, picnic area, tennis court, gym, and also stages other events such as the Annual Book Fair.
