Cala des Molto - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
This little headland on the north coast of Ibiza is very exposed. On the day this panoramic photograph was taken of Cala des Moltó it was very windy, which simply increased the drama of this isolated spot. The panorama shows the beach and one of the most exclusive houses on Ibiza. The drive to the cala is along a long single track dirt lane.

Panorama of Cala des Molto (Cala des Moltó) on the north coast of Ibiza. The cala is very exposed, a strip of land that joins the headland of Punta de sa Ferrandura (Illa des Bosc). There is a very secluded and gated property on the Illa des Bosc, said to be one of the most prestigious and luxurious private residences on Ibiza. Looking south back onto Ibiza is the Port de Sant Miquel with it's own beach. To the north offshore is the Illa Muranda. Very close to Cala des Molto is the Torre des Molar, one of the many ancient defensive towers that are found on Ibiza.
