Marktplatz is denominated by Town Hall (Rathaus), where it is headquartered the government of the canton of Basel, Switzerland, since the century 14, in a peculiar renovated Renaissance palace and very famous building with their red walls, located downtown of Basel in Switzerland.
In Marktplatz it is done every day, except to Sundays, the market of fresh vegetables, fruits and flowers.
