Black Range State Park protetcts rugged bushland in the Wimmera region where most of the natural vegetation has been cleared for farming. The quiet park west of the Grampians National Park is excellent for bushwalking and camping. The south-east of the park borders Rocklands Reservoir which adds boating and fishing to the attractions of the park.
