Looking down Broad Street on a wintry day in December following a snowfall, and quite a contrast from the normally crowded high street in the summer season.
The narrow street to the left of the pink building is Sherbourne Lane, an ancient packhorse route named after Sherborne Abbey who's monks established a sea salt manufacturing industry in Lyme Regis.
The Regent Cinema (with the car on its forecourt) was built in 1937 is now a listed building - one of the finest examples of it's type in the U.K.
