The Isola Madre is located on Lake Maggiore in the province of Piedmont in Italy, Europe. Like all the islands of Lake Maggiore, has an extensive network of ferry services around and across the lake, and private tourist boats can dock a private pier near the restaurant.
The Isola Madre is uninhabited, and is the largest of the islands Barromeu.
