This panorama shows the long sandy beach at Cala Pada. I can imagine it getting very busy here in the summer as the beach lies close to both Santa Eularia and Es Canar. As seen in this panoramic picture though, it is a lovely beach to relax on. The hotels are hidden from the beach by the trees. Ibiza beaches at their best.

Panorama of Cala Pada on the south coast of Ibiza just east of Santa Eularia des Riu on the road to Es Canar. As can be seen in this panoramic picture, Cala Pada has a long sandy beach. To the west of this beach is Sa Caleta while to the east is Cala de Gat. Cala Pada is a very popular with tourists and holiday makers, many of whom come from the associated Cala Pada resort. Among the popular bars and restaurants on the beach is the well known Brisa de la Mar, owned by the same family that own both the beach and the Cala Pada Hotel.

The beach at Cala Pada is recoginized as one of the best beaches on Ibiza, and has about everything possible on it. There are some 200m of fine sand sloping into a shallow bay which is still only 2m deep some 50m from the shoreline. The beach has all the facilities that you would expect and there is even a ferry service from here to Santa Eularia.

Travel and Getting There
By Road: From Santa Eularia head east on the road to Cala Pada and Sa Torre. Cala Pada is about 3 miles along the road.
