This part of the page is usually where the description and details of any of our featured locations is placed. Here we have used this space to describe the features of the Panoramic Earth listings package.

Promotion of Hotels, B&B's, Camp Sites, Restaurants, Clubs, Attractions on Panoramic Earth (PE):

Introduction:
Panoramic Earth provides a unique way of promoting your facility on the internet. We give you unique a platform to present you location linked to Google maps with a 360 panorama and text description. We provide a method of syndication as 3rd party sites embed our tours (examples: London | Mallorca).

Details

• You get a unique page listing within PE showing your facility linked to an interactive map.
• Your location pin is designed to stand out from the crowd on the map.
• You are provided with an editable space in which to describe your facility, list promotions etc at will.
• You will be given editorial access and control to this space to change at will when you choose.
• You will be able to embed the image and map on your own site.
• This personal version of the tour will not show any of the other hotels etc in your area (Example Hotel Tour). You will not be promoting the competition! This is an example used in the site of a hotel in Mallorca.
• Your tour will show all the other general local images showing people what is nearby of interest.
• The map and image are a great way of saying 'We are here' on any directions page within your own site.
• Promotion requires a 360° panorama of your facility. This can either be sourced locally or we can arrange for the image to be taken for you (not included in listing fee).

How we promote you:

• Search Engine Optimization - Each location has a unique web page individually written and optimized for search engine pickup and indexing. Our locations are indexed by Google and we continually receive traffic from Google for many of our individual pages.
• Embedded Tours - A growing number of other sites are using our tours in their own sites. We have made this easy to do. Your location pins will show on any free version of the tours. On these embedded tours viewers can access all the information shown within on the PE page, including your contact details.
• Website Directory - We are building a directory of local services. These will show as categories of local links relevant to the area being viewed. Your facility will get a free premium listing as part of the package once this directory is complete.

Technical

• The tours embed with a simply iframe. This is a bit of html code which you simply copy and paste into your own page. (example tour and code).
• The embedding code is tied to a given domain. It will only work in the pages of the domain given by yourself. Therefore, no other site can use the same tour code as yourself.
• If you require the embedded tour within your own site to have a particular colour scheme / layout, then please contact us to discuss.
• You must provide a panoramic image for use with your location. Where possible we may have a local photographer able to produce this image for you. The cost of image production is not covered in the listing fee.
