There was this little tree growing on a tiny outcrop of lava sticking out into the aquamarine waters of the Pacific Ocean. It just seemed to beckon to have a picture taken from here. Panorama taken from Oneo Bay just south of Kailua-Kona on Alii Drive. Numerous condominiums and hotels line the whole of Alii Drive, this is one of the most popular holiday areas on Hawai'i Island. Oneo Bay is a short walk from both Magic Sands Beach and the Kona Shopping Inn.
