The swans at Mudeford near to Christchurch caught my eye, I thought that they would make an unusual addition to a panorama of the bay. I managed to step out onto the marshy ground a, whilst trying to avoid the copious amount of swan droppings, take this panoramic image by keeping the tripod at the lowest level. Kind of a swan height panorama. I then moved and took a second from a different vantage point.Swans at Mudeford Quay - Further Information
Panorama taken at Mudeford Quay showing the swans that congregate in the natural harbour here. Mudeford is very close to Hengistbury Head and Christchurch. There is another panorama of swans at Mudeford taken close by.Travel and Getting There:
At the first roundabout just east of Christchurch on the A35, take the exit east down Purwell Cross Road towards Someford. Just after the Purwell Cross Road becomes the Someford Road, take Sandown Road left. This should be signposted for Mudeford. It becomes Mudeford Lane and leads to Mudeford.
