View from Hambury Tout Hill - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
A panorama taken form the Dorset hills on the coastline between Durdle Door (and Man o'War Beach) and Lulworth Cove. The walk between crosses a steep chalk hill. Leaving the paved footpath, I went to the top of the hill to take this panorama, a true panoramic veiwpoint in Dorset. In the image, to the north, moist air has been pushed up by hills to forms a layer of cloud. Moving round you can see the village of Lulworth in the valley and then Lulworth Cove to the east. Durdle Door is silhouetted by the sun to the west. The Durdle Door Holiday Park is visible in the hills to the right of Durdle Door itself.
