This viewpoint is from a lookout on the banks of the River Thames in London close to Gabriel's Wharf. The viewpoint is between Waterloo Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge along the Queens Walk on the South Bank of the Thames, about half way between Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Tate Modern. Gabriel's Warf contains a collection of independent shops.
The area is a short walk from the South Bank attractions which include the London Eye, London Aquarium, Royal Festival Hall and others. Further downriver is the Oxo Tower and the Tate Modern.
