This panorama over Stair Hole was taken from the top. It gives an overview of this early cove formation. Eventually the wave action will wear away the world famous Lulworth Crumple, Though I would not be too surprised if before this happens someone decides to remove a layer from the whole cliff face and set it up in a museum for posterity. Having been declared a World Heritage Site, Lulworth is in danger of being walked to death by visiting tourists. A panoramic picture taken above Stair Hole next to Lulworth Cove. This area and Durdle Door nearby are some of the most visited natural sights in Dorset. They are famous the world over for the natural beauty, part of the Jurassic Coastline of England and a World Heritage Site. Stair Hole is world famous for the Lulworth Crumple, the best example of folded limestone in the world. The are visible to the left of the two arches cut through the limestone by the sea.

Travel Directions and Getting There:
Lulworth and Lulworth Cove is on the south coast of Dorset, about 18 miles west of Swanage (A531, then B3070 roads), and 15 miles east of Weymouth (A 353, then A 352, turn left onto Water Land and High Street).
