Barmble Bush Bay is a small and tranquil bay overlooking Poole Harbour. It is very close to Shell Bay Beach, but is much quieter with far fewer visitors. Within the bay are moored a few house boats. At low tide these end up sitting on the mud flats. Borwnsea Island sits in the middle of Poole Harbour. Just behind the beach is a small cafe.Travel Directions and Getting There:
Bramble Bush Bay is on Ferry Road, near to the [[1158,Sandbanks Chain Ferry]] terminal next to Shell Bay Beach. There is limited free parking alongside the road, or paid parking in the National Trust car park. There is no parking at the cafe.
